Overview

In 1948 the United Nations established the milestone protocol for HUMAN RIGHTS. In this and subsequent international treaties on human rights, guidelines were set forth which impact worldwide on all peoples, governments and law enforcement personnel. This is a survey course, reviewing human rights protocols and treaties in light of the realities of modern life in Southeast Asia. Specific protocols on CHILD RIGHTS are also covered.
