SEALETA Courses

Southeast Asia Law Enforcement Training and Consulting Associates (SEALETA) provides a wide range of courses for law enforcement and military personnel, social workers, health care workers, general government employees, non-governmental organization staff, teachers, students/researchers and volunteers

These courses are based on  lifetimes of experience of both the SEALETA principal instructors and adjunct faculty.

Principal Instructors

SEALETA partners Richard Rivers and Frank Weicks have over 60 years of law enforcement experience between them, working at both local and United States federal levels. Both are retired from U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration as intelligence analysts, and make their homes in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Our Experience

SEALETA has worked with the UNODC, the US Department of State, the US Department of Defense, Thai and other law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions in the US and abroad to provide training, and with private businesses and public entities for security assessments and consultations. Courses can be tailored to meet the needs of the client.

SEALETA utilizes team teaching, a multidisciplinary team, and the case study method of instruction.
